Hydraulic cutting system : fully automatic . It adopts the hydraulic drive and automatic location to decide the dimension and cut the target products. Material of blades: Cr12, quenching treatment.
Forming rollers
Specification: 45# steel, CNC Lathes, heat treated 45# steel, roller surfaces polishing, hard plating. The polished surface and the heat treatment towards the molds also can keep the molding. Plate surface smooth and not easy to be marked when it is being stamped .

Guide device
It is used to control the width and position of the steel sheet.
The sheet is guided into the machine with correct position, to make sure the panel is neat and parallel.
C purlin is good in bending resistance, straightness, and it can cut, punch automatically, it is very easy and convenient to use. It can be used as bearing structure in big and medium sized building, such as factories, warehouses, garages, hangars, gyms, exhibitions, theater and so on.
Manual uncoiler
It is used to support the steel coil and realize the uncoiling by means of rotatory movement. The steel coil is uncoiled manually. The capacity of this uncoiler
is 5 ton, and it is capable for most of the coils. This equipemtn is suitable to process the steel coil.
Feeding
Receiving the raw material (steel sheet), it guarantees the products are neat, parallel and everything is uniformity.Please refer to the equipment regulation

Electrical control cabinet
PLC is adopted to organize all action of the machine. The length of workpiece is adjustable according to the setting of on the PLC. Two optional control modes:Automatic and manual. By automatic mode, the machine can realize fully automatic working .

Hydraulic oil:40#.Hydraulic oil into the hydraulic oil tank, the pump drives the cutter machine to begin the cutting job.
